Hey,
Friday's list is here. 7 remote SEO roles — and this week's batch leans heavier on senior/leadership roles than usual.
Three things worth flagging:
One European salaried role with a posted band (€60–80K + bonuses) — rare.
A Head of Link Building role at White Light Digital — if you're ready to manage a team instead of build links yourself, this is the move.
A "Growth Engineer" role at Wave Connect that explicitly requires Claude Code + agent-building experience. AI-native SEO hiring is officially here.
Ranked by how interesting I think they are 👇
1. Organic Growth Strategist — SaaStorm 🏆
€60–80K/yr + quarterly bonuses · Fully remote · EU/UK only · 3+ yrs B2B SaaS SEO
The standout of the week. SaaStorm is a 12-person B2B SaaS marketing agency working with Series A/B clients across Europe. You'd own organic growth end-to-end for 2–4 clients — SEO, content, LLM visibility, pipeline. Posted salary band, async culture, real ownership.
Also: they're flying the whole agency to a European city for an offsite in September if you join now.

2. Growth Engineer — Wave Connect
Competitive salary · Remote or in-person · AI-native role
This is the most interesting role on the list strategically. Wave Connect 6x'd ARR ($250K → $1.5M) on organic alone — no paid, no SDRs, no VC. They're hiring someone to scale the system.
The hard filter: you should already be living in Claude Code, building your own agents, and automating your workflows. If you're still copy-pasting prompts into ChatGPT tabs, skip this one.
→ DM George with one play you'd run in your first 30 days (via the LinkedIn post)
3. Head of Link Building — White Light Digital
Salary not posted · Fully remote · Senior/management level
If you've been doing link building for years and want to stop building links and start managing a team that does — this is the role. You'd oversee Account Managers + Assistant Account Managers, set KPIs, approve link prospects, coordinate with the SEO and Content Managers. Performance bonuses on top of base.
4. Content & SEO/AEO Strategist — GitGuardian
Salary not posted · Paris · Hybrid
GitGuardian is the #1 security app on GitHub Marketplace, trusted by Fortune 500s. You'd own SEO/AEO strategy plus high-impact B2B content (blogs, whitepapers, PR), and manage a content ecosystem of internal team + agency + freelancers.
Hybrid + Paris-based is a hard filter, but if you're in/near Paris and want to work on a serious dev tools brand, this is a strong landing spot.
5. SEO Specialist — The Ads Manager
Salary not posted · Remote · 4+ yrs · Agency background preferred
Solid agency role, but the JD has one unusual requirement: they want a "killer at conversion tracking" (enhanced + server-side). That's not a normal SEO ask — it means you'd be working close to the paid/analytics side, not just rankings.
Good fit if you're a hybrid SEO/analytics person tired of being undervalued at SEO-only agencies.

6. Junior Marketer / Trainee — SaaStorm
Salary not posted · Full-time · NL-based · Amsterdam co-working weekly
First time SaaStorm has ever hired a junior. You'd be embedded with their senior team, sit in on real client calls and strategy sessions, and learn the stack: Semrush, AirOps, Scrunch, Surfer, Webflow, Framer.
Hard filter: NL-based (Amsterdam area preferred for weekly WeWork sessions). But if you're early-career, hungry, and based in Netherlands — this kind of mentorship from a real senior team is almost impossible to find.
7. Content Manager — SEO & GEO Specialist — Flexito
Salary not posted · 100% remote · Part-time · 2+ yrs
Part-time remote role at an AI/automation SaaS. Focus is content + geo-targeted SEO + on-page/off-page execution. Smaller team, international setup.
Good if you're looking to stack a part-time contract alongside existing work. Salary not posted is a yellow flag — ask upfront before too many rounds.

This week's pattern
The shift is happening in real-time. Two of this week's roles explicitly mention AEO/GEO/LLM visibility in the JD (GitGuardian, Flexito), and one (Wave Connect) is gated on AI-native workflow experience.
If "AI search" still feels like a buzzword in your day-to-day work, you're falling behind the hiring market. Every JD I'm reading now expects you to have an opinion on how LLMs surface content.
That's it for Friday. See you Tuesday.
