Two things stand out this week:
GEO roles are picking up steam. Employment Hero is the latest to hire an "SEO / GEO Specialist" — more in-house teams are now naming GEO as its own discipline instead of folding it into generic SEO.
Link building roles keep stacking. Three more outreach/backlink roles this week on top of Friday's batch. If you're a generalist debating specialization, the market is telling you where to go.

This week's pattern
Tuesday + Friday combined, GEO is starting to appear as a named role title and link building/outreach continues to dominate the volume. If you're early-career, outreach is still the easiest niche to break into. If you're senior, the GEO wave is where in-house demand is growing fastest.
